In French 1 standards, Students will be able to show their ability to conjugate the verbs in –er and –ir in the present tense by saying and writing the verbs correctly when prompted by the teacher.
Personal Goals In French 1 (period C and D), I used French at least 90% of the time. In French 2 (period A), I used French about 85% and in French 2 period E, about 65% because they are easily distracted and a lot of students in this class are really low.
Classroom atmosphere The French 1 students seem to be happy to do all the new activities and they all said it was a fun class and we should do games more often.
Student centered learning Students responded well to TPR activities and students who were struggling during the first white board activities were more accurate on the second one that took place after practicing the verbs with TPR.
